- Beware of Investment Solicitations Impersonating Nihon KAMPO There have been several instances of individuals claiming to be "Nihon KAMPO" or its officers soliciting individual transactions and investments in foreign financial markets. Nihon KAMPO has no involvement in such solicitation activities. Nihon KAMPO's officers do not present business cards, email addresses, employee badges, etc., or request personal or account information, or request remittance or transfer of money through SNS accounts. Please be careful not to respond to such requests.

- On Fraudulent Activities Impersonating Nihon KAMPO Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. and its Affiliated Companies Instances have been confirmed where the company name and names of officers and employees of Nihon Kampo Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies are used without permission, and fraud sites are guided through investment solicitations and product inquiries. Our company is not involved in these activities at all. Please verify the sender's email address and the identity of the solicitor, and be very cautious.
- Beware of Fraudsters Soliciting the Purchase of Stocks of Companies Planned to be Listed There have been instances confirmed where our company name is used without permission to solicit the purchase of stocks of companies planned to be listed.
